About Seth

Seth Alper obtained his undergraduate and a law degree from the University of Florida. Mr. Alper was admitted to practice law in the State of Florida in 2012. Prior to opening his firm, Seth Alper worked as a defense attorney representing one of the largest insurance companies. Mr. Alper was also an associate and partner at prestigious law firms in South Florida representing chiropractors and MRI facilities.

Mr. Alper opened Seth M. Alper, P.A. in October 2014. Seth’s primary focus area began with representing multi-specialty facilities, chiropractors, physical therapists, medical doctors, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, MRI facilities, and other physicians that treat individuals that are injured in automobile accidents. Mr. Alper‘s unique experience of representing the insurance company has afforded his clients a significant advantage and knowledge when analyzing and pursuing their cases.

Shortly after opening in 2014, Mr. Alper expanded his legal practice. Seth also handles personal injury cases and first-party property damage cases against homeowners insurance companies. Seth saw a significant need in the legal community for an attorney that is accessible to their client. Mr. Alper’s goal was to restore the attorney-client relationship perspective. Mr. Alper has witnessed and been told when someone hires an attorney, they meet the attorney one time and thereafter, the client solely deals with a case manager or paralegal. At Seth M. Alper, P.A., every client has Seth’s personal cell phone number and will always be able to talk to Seth about the status of their case. Mr. Alper takes pride in effective client communication.

Mr. Alper was selected for the 2020 and 2021 Florida Rising Stars List. The Rising Star list recognizes no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in the state.
